How Our Network Works
Talk to a local provider
Who Picks Up the Phone
When you call, you reach a person who takes your details and routes your request. That person is not a coater. They cannot quote your floor. Their job is to send you to an independent provider in our network who may serve your area.
The provider then speaks with you directly. From that point, the project is between you and the provider.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect simple questions. They help the provider plan a fair quote.
- Where is the floor? A garage, basement, porch or shop?
- About how big is it?
- How old is the house, and the slab?
- Are there cracks, stains, old paint or past repairs?
- Does the floor ever get damp?
- What look do you want? Plain, flaked or a custom floor finish?
Have rough answers ready. Photos help too.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You can ask anything. These are good places to start.
- How will you prep the slab, and how long does that take?
- Will you test for moisture before coating?
- Which product do you suggest, and why that one?
- What is in the written quote? What is not?
- How long before I can walk or park on it?
- What happens if the coating peels?
- Can I see your license and insurance papers?
The Decision Is Yours
You do not have to say yes to the first provider. Get two or three quotes. Line them up. Look at prep steps, not just price. A low number with little prep can cost more later. Compare, then decide. Take your time.
