How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Cambridgesure Floor Coating wants every homeowner treated fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- A call or message with Cambridgesure Floor Coating that went poorly
- How your personal data was used or kept safe
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- How a provider we referred you to behaved
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If a coating job leaves you unhappy, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your report helps keep the network honest. A provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Cambridgesure Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or speak for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@cambridgesure.beer. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you spoke with us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may mean talking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle it, write back and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
